Every project begins with a discovery session to align on your goals. We offer both project-based pricing and ongoing retainers, billed at a flat hourly rate. Once we scope your project, you'll receive a clear estimate before we begin. If the scope shifts, we'll flag it early so there are no surprises.

Traditional consultants often deliver reports and recommendations, then leave. We build the actual infrastructure — policies, procedures, training programs, tracking systems — and ensure your team can own and sustain it independently. We don't just advise; we implement.

It depends on the scope. AI Strategy workshops run one to three days. Full AI assessments and implementation projects range from four to twelve weeks. Operational systems engagements can range from four to twelve weeks for focused work to six months for comprehensive builds. We'll provide a realistic timeline during our discovery session.

We work both ways. Many engagements are conducted remotely with strategic on-site visits for key milestones. For organizations that prefer in-person collaboration, we can arrange on-site work as needed. We adapt to what works best for your team.
