The 15-minute discovery call is complimentary. It's an opportunity for both of us to assess whether we're a good fit before discussing pricing for your specific project.
We work primarily with mid-size organizations: large enough to have complex operational needs, but not so large that they have internal teams dedicated to this work. That said, we're open to discussing any situation.
It depends on scope. AI Strategy workshops run one to three days. Full AI assessments and implementation projects range from four to twelve weeks. Operational systems engagements range from four to twelve weeks for focused work to six months for comprehensive builds. We'll define this together during scoping.
Both. Many engagements are primarily remote with strategic on-site sessions. Some require more hands-on presence. We'll determine the right mix based on your needs and location.
