Physicians and nurses, however, operate at the intersection of science, judgment, and human relationship. That intersection cannot be automated. Those professionals deserve technology that expands their capacity — not undermines their purpose.

AI can never imitate purpose, intention, and intuition. Remember that.

The question for leaders is not whether AI belongs in your organization. The question is whether your organization is ready to introduce it without breaking the human systems that are holding everything together.

Get the foundation right first. The tools will still be there.
